I arrived in this beautiful valley over 20 years ago and fell in love. After a decade of searching, I found this house in ruins—without electricity, but with water and breathtaking views. I poured my heart into restoring it, turning it into the traditional mountain home it is today, offering incredible views of the Guadalest Valley and even the Mediterranean Sea.
